Photo-a-Day - July 2012 - Day 18: Plate

It's a simple plate made of stoneware, and comes from France.  Yet in spite of having antique plates, vintage plates, decorative plates, china plates and other stoneware plates, this is my favorite.  It is simple and when you follow it's prompt and fill it with cheeses, it is a welcoming plate that starts a party and initiates conversation.  That's the best plate of all.
